How to choose the ideal Android Mobile phone

There are dozens upon dozens of various Android mobile phones available on the market. With so much selection, it may be tough to decide which the best one for you is. Each phone has its own functions, specifications, and software which separates it from the others. So prior to going out and get your next Google android phone, keep these tips in mind so that you can find the phone suited for you!
You will find various versions of the Android os designed for phones. The most recent version is Android 4.0 " Ice Cream Sandwich " which works on the new Samsung Galaxy Nexus. The majority of the other premium phones run Android 2.3 and cheaper products run even earlier versions. When you're looking for your next cellphone, be familiar with which OS version it runs. When you just have the basics and intend on running normal apps, then you don't need the most up-to-date version.
Smartphones can certainly cost anywhere from $80 to $800. If you choose to get an older device having a two-year cellphone contract, then they are frequently free or very cheap. However, the newer phones, even with a contract, can still cost you about $200+. If you do not use your phone too often for anything further than talking or texting, then a free phone having a 2 year contract OR a low-price "$100 deal" with no contract are fine for you. Knowing that you'll use tons of data and applications, then you'll want one which costs a little more.
When you already have an Android device, you might not need to go out and purchase another one. Many of the older models may go just as well for everything that you need to do. If your current phone has not had any problems, plus there is no need to upgrade. However, if your current phone is not sufficient for what you need to do or if it isn't a true smartphone you should definitely think about upgrading.
The good news is that Android phones have become much less expensive every day. Finding the right one for you doesn't invariably mean you have to spend a ton of money. Just be sure which you remember the above tips when you start shopping. You don't want to throw away cash on a phone you don't need but you also don't want to be dissatisfied by a phone that can't do what you need it to do. It's important to know what you're buying and how you are going to use it!
